Account Manager New Business
What we do
At AllOnScale, we build highly detailed technical scale models of exceptional yachts, impressive vessels, and complex industrial machinery.
Our models are used at international trade shows, in sales processes, during client presentations, and in discussions with investors or executive teams. They need to be precise, in appearance, finishing, and technical detail.
We are growing rapidly, driven by the quality of our work and how we engage with clients. We prefer to deliver models in person, show up at trade fairs, and actively connect with builders, designers, and companies that are not yet familiar with us.
Why we are hiring
Due to this growth, we are expanding our commercial team. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager New Business who can open new doors within shipbuilding, yacht building, and mechanical engineering.
Someone who enjoys being on the road, builds relationships easily with technical and commercial decision-makers, and understands that successful sales in our market depend on trust, substance, and consistent follow-up.
What your role looks like
You will have the space to build new business in a professional way. You identify opportunities, select target companies and contacts, initiate outreach, schedule meetings, and ensure that initial conversations progress into real opportunities.
You will travel frequently across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. You will engage with stakeholders at executive, commercial, and technical levels. You do not need to be an engineer, but you understand technology well enough to be credible at the table.
Together with the internal sales team, you ensure that inquiries are properly followed up, proposals are clear, and clients are guided professionally through the process. You maintain a structured pipeline in Pipedrive, as strong follow-up often makes the difference in our market.
What you bring
You have several years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development. You are experienced in new business development and comfortable taking ownership of market outreach.
You also recognize yourself in the following:
- You are energized by client interaction and field sales
- You can independently identify and approach prospects
- You switch easily between executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders
- You have technical affinity or experience in a technical market
- You work in a structured way and follow up consistently
- You communicate clearly, pragmatically, and professionally
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- German is a plus
- Experience in maritime, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage

This person actively works on the construction and finishing of models and at the same time monitors the standard, tidiness, planning and quality control in the workshop. The role revolves around making, finishing, checking and delivering. Not half work. Only what is a 10 leaves.
