The Model Builder / Workshop Manager is ultimately responsible for what leaves the workshop. This person actively works on the construction and finishing of models and at the same time monitors the standard, tidiness, planning and quality control in the workshop. The role revolves around making, finishing, checking and delivering. Not half work. Only what is a 10 leaves.
