These are the systems we use and what they do:

Our website

  1. Our website is run at a hosting company. They will collect the following:
    • IP-address
    • Date and time
    • Time zone
    • Requested pages
    • What browser is used
    • What operating system is used
  2. The IP adress is personal but is simply needed to identify what computer the website needs to be sent to. Whitout this a website can not work.
  3. All Data is stored for 7 days on the server and for 30 days in backup.
  4. When using our ‘Contact us’ or ‘Request for quotation’ forms the webserver will send an email to us with all information. The information is not stored on the webserver.

Google analytics

  1. Like most website operators, our website collects, if available, non-personally-identifying information for the sole purpose of website analytics. (analytics.google.com)
  2. Our website use Google Analytics cookies
  3. We have signed the data processing amendment with Google
  4. The last octet of the IP-address has been masked on this website.
  5. We have opted out of any Data Collection for Advertising Features with Google
  6. We have opted out of using any other Google services in combination with Google analytics.

Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  1. We store personal data in an online CRM system (hubspot.com)
  2. Personal information is obtain when you contact us through our website, sign up for our newsletter, if publicly available and/or through personal contact.
  3. We only store personal information needed for the sole purpose of contacting you professionally about our products and services, introducing you to our newsletter and/or sending you your purchased items.
  4. The following information is stored
    • Your name
    • Your company name and address
    • Your contact details like email and phone number
    • Your address if provided to us.
  5. Personal information is not shared.
  6. Personal information is stored for the duration of the relationship.
  7. The purpose of our processing of personal data is commercial. This basis for our processing is with the provision of personal data to grant permission for the processing of personal data. If an agreement is concluded, the fulfillment of our obligation to deliver is the basis for the processing of the specified data.

Our email-marketing platform

  1. We store personal data in an online email-marketing platform (mailchimp.com)
  2. Personal information is obtain when you contact us through our website, sign up for our newsletter, if publicly available on your company website and/or through personal contact.
  3. Data is used so we can send you fantastic newsletters about our work from time to time.
  4. We only store your first name, last name and email address.
  5. Personal information is stored as long as you remain subscribed.
  6. Each newsletter comes with a unsubscribe button. Unsubscribed emails are completely removed manually from time to time.
