Here our new Formlabs printer shows it strength. We needed a fine mesh to adjust an existing scale model to changes that where made on the real ship. All is designed in 3D so we could easily adjust and the printed parts just fit in place. The large gutter consists of 1.7mm square holes with 0.6mm bars while the other gutter has 24 x 0.8mm slots. It was printed at 0.1mm layer heights in only 11h. The 0.4mm support spots came off easily and after some curing in a UV oven for 1h the parts are ready for paint.
